Welcome to the Preschool, TK & Kindergarten Enrollment Page for the 2026-27 School Year!
We are so excited you are interested in our schools, and cannot wait to welcome you to our amazing learning community. This page will guide you through the process for enrolling your student for our preschool (PK), Transitional Kindergarten (TK) or Kindergarten (K) classes. Please note:
- The official pre-enrollment period for TK and Kindergarten at Mattie Washburn Elementary will open February 2026. Rolling enrollment is available throughout the year.
- The official pre-enrollment period for preschool at Margie Mejia will open February 2026. Rolling enrollment is available throughout the year.
- Cali Calmécac Language Academy, as a charter, has its own enrollment process and timeline. CCLA enrollment is closed for the 2026-27 school year.

We are pleased to inform you that enrollment in our California State Preschool Program for the 2026-27 school year is now open. Current slots in this program are income-dependent, and depending on the income level, may be subject to sliding scale fees. There are a few circumstances under which the income requirement would be waived. Please contact us directly for information on these options.
We are using a new enrollment process this year, for all of our campuses and programs. Please click on this link to begin your process.
Once you have clicked on the link, you will see the option to select preschool enrollment, summer camp enrollment and WELL program enrollment. Select preschool, and you will then have the option to select your preferred program (though enrollment in a specific program is not guaranteed).
Families that are offered a slot will be notified individually.
Enrollment Links & Age Restrictions
Preschool Enrollment
To enroll in preschool a child must turn three or four by Sept. 1, 2026.
TK/K Enrollment
To enroll in K, a student must turn five on or before Sept. 1, 2026. To enroll in TK, a student must turn four on or before Sept. 1, 2026.
CCLA Enrollment Information
As a charter, CCLA has it's own enrollment process, and a window for enrollment.
